Annual average exchange rates

Tax and Duty Manual Part 04-06-12 – Annual average exchange rates – has been updated to include the average market mid-closing rate v Euro, for the calendar year 2023. The Lloyds sterling conversion rates have been removed from this manual as they are no longer relevant.
