Assistant Principal Officer, Transfer Pricing Expert – International Tax or Audit

Transfer Pricing Expert – International Tax

Focussing on the area of international transfer pricing, including resolving transfer pricing-related tax disputes as part of Ireland’s treaty obligations, you will have a key role in the resolution of Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs) and bilateral Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs).

Transfer Pricing Expert – Audit

With responsibility for risk-driven transfer pricing audits and/or enquiries into the financial records of businesses with a view to protecting the Irish corporate tax base, you will lead and direct a team conducting these interventions.
